- Yes, we are in the same boat. My husband was convicted of a crime in 2003 that got him on the sex offender registry. Initially he was listed in the lowest category and was required to register once a year for ten years; then he would be done.

- We know 1st hand what he is going through. After the laws changed in Maryland in 2010, my husband now will be on the list for life!
